– Secretary –
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and others.
- Organize appointments, timetables, etc.
- Assist with meeting coordination and take meeting minutes.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the attented department.
- Organize, prepare, filling, and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
- Assist with meeting coordination.
- Perform general office duties (photocopying, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Responsible for managing petty cash.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in administration or other related education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
- Strong communication skill in both verbal and writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint .
- Strong attentionn to detail and able to multitask and make priority.
- Fluent in English in both verbal and writing.
