Our client is currently seeking an Operational Manager to join their multi-branch Beauty & Wellness business.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the operations and service quality of all branches according to SOPs.
2. Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
3. Mentor, evaluate, and motivate Branch Managers and their teams.
4. Handle operational issues and customer feedback.
5. Control inventory, attendance, petty cash, and report to the owners.
6. Implement service innovations, new products, and business development programs.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Management, Business, Hospitality, Health, and Wellness)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a multi-branch spa/wellness/clinic
3. Strong leadership skills, meticulous, experienced in managing income, budgets, human resources, and KPIs.
4. Flexible, mobile, able to train teams, multitask, and work under pressure.
5. Fluent in English is an added value.
