Job Description

Our client from multi-branch Beauty & Wellness business is currently looking for top talent to fill the following position:
𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all branches.
2. Strengthen recruitment processes for all position levels.
3. Manage onboarding, performance management, and career development.
4. Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
5. Develop and implement training roadmaps with the Training Center.
6. Ensure compliance in contracts, SOPs, attendance, and HR documentation.
7. Drive culture implementation (Service Excellence & 5 Values).
8. Develop performance-aligned compensation & benefits structures.
9. Provide HR insights, reports, and strategic support to the CEO.
10. Lead and coach HR teams.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Psychology, HR, Management or any related field
2. Male, 5-10 years of experiences in multi-location companies
3. Experience in building HR system during growth or scale-up phases.
4. Strong HR generalist expertise.
5. Skilled in coaching, communication, and team development.
6. English proficiency (basic–intermediate) is preferred.
7. Strong leardership and people management skill
8. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skill.
9. Willing to travel across branches when required.
