Our client, an amusement and event experience business, is seeking top talent to fill the following positions:
Finance Admin
Responsibilities:
– Recording transactions, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
– Ensuring compliance with taxation (in the tax planning, reporting, and payment processes)
– Preparing financial statements and communicating the results to management.
– Creating and inputting invoices, receipts, expense claim forms, and other supporting documents.
– Archiving, scanning, and managing all financial documents (digital & physical) and ensuring the accuracy of recorded data.
– Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
Qualifications
– Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in finance
– Experienced in managing taxation
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supporting software such as Accurate is an added value.
– Meticulous, neat, and able to maintain data confidentiality
– Possess good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. –
– Possess a strong understanding of accounting, financial management, taxation, and financial statement preparation.
