1. Outsourcing & Payroll Services
We provide comprehensive outsourcing and payroll services that comply with Indonesia's latest regulations.
Starting from monthly salary, allowance calculation including tax & BPJS, providing monthly SPT, and submission to the Tax office, providing BPJS report and monthly BPJS submission, until distribution of salary payment and BPJS payment. Â
Since the staff is under Hitss Consulting’s payroll, Hitss Consulting obtains all necessary permits and documentation and handles all administration and statutory, including for our expatriate staff.

We identify candidates through various methodologies, from date base, contingency search or headhunting. Our database is reliable and consists of various positions from junior to senior positions.
Our Recruiters /Consultants are Professionals who are practitioners in the field. The Senior Recruiters have more than 25 years of experience and are responsible for Manager/Executive level candidates.
