Code of Conduct
We want Hitss to be a great place to work, and we want to protect our reputation. This section of our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of good behavior that we expect from all employees
Human Rights
We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the core conventions of the International Labour Organisation.
Harassment
Hits will not tolerate harassment. We will not tolerate any action, conduct, or behavior which is humiliating, intimidating, or hostile.

No Alcohol or drugs, Wear your seatbelt while driving. Wear a helmet while riding. While driving or riding, do not use your phone and do not exceed speed limits. Do not smoke outside designated smoking areas

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
Policy Commitment
- Hitss Outsourcing is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking in all operations and supply chains.
- The company upholds UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights and complies with Indonesian Manpower Law and international conventions (ILO, Palermo Protocol).
Scope & Application
- Applies to all employees, contract staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.
- Covers recruitment, payroll, training, placement, and labor outsourcing services provided by Hitss.
Key Principles
- Voluntary Employment: No forced, bonded, or coerced labor is tolerated.
- Fair Recruitment: Workers are recruited ethically with no recruitment fees charged to them.
- Freedom of Movement: Workers keep their own identity documents and are free to leave after reasonable notice.
- Wages & Working Conditions: Compensation follows legal minimum wages and fair working hour limits.

HSSE Policy
PT HITSS Sumber Daya Nusantara Konsultan is actively engaged in Energy Industry environment work. These work environment require and high degree of awareness among all employee of company. It is Company Policy in so far as it is reasonably practicable.

To provide premises and system of work which are safe and without risk to health

To maintain places of work under it’s control in conditions that are safe and without risk, together with adequate facilities and arrangements for welfare.

To provide lines of communication to able employees to co-operate in promoting and developing and effective measures to ensure their health and safety at work.

To keep under review safety practice and codes so that existing practices may be updated.

Health, Safety and Protection of the environment are everyone’s responsibility and require the direct involvement of all managers, supervisors and employees.
The purpose of this is to provide a high degree of awareness of the employee towards. Health, Safety and Environment so that enhances quality of life of the employee and improves the efficiency. This will result in success and satisfaction for the Customer Company and individuals. This applies to all aspects of operation so consequently all staff must be committed to this concept and practice professionalism and system compliance. This must be fundamental in all work. Undertaken and practiced daily in all activities wherever the workplace is The HSE Management System will be closely monitored to endure we do maintain it, so continual awareness is essential. In the event this is impractical either short term or long term please advises accordingly. Do not deviate unless appropriately authorized.

1. Policy Statement
Hitss Outsourcing is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance in all business activities. This Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential way for employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any suspected wrongdoing, misconduct, or violation of law — including fraud, corruption, harassment, health & safety risks, and modern slavery/human trafficking concerns — without fear of retaliation.
2. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to:
- All Hitss Outsourcing employees (permanent, contract, and outsourced staff)
- Suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and business partners
- Any individual who has a legitimate interest in reporting concerns
